Traditional Marquees are the standard of all marquees they have been in existence for hundreds of years and prove to be the strongest and most reliable. The traditional marquee can either have a heavy duty PVC skin or a canvass skin.
The Traditional Marquee is exactly that it comes in Matt white and has Hessian guide ropes and sturdy wooden poles. When in a canvas marquee it is cool and airy making this an excellent choice for a hot summer’s day.
Framed Marquees are free standing aluminium structures which are unlike the conventional traditional marquee, they do not have centre poles and they do not need support from guy ropes, however they still need securing to the ground as a deterrent against strong winds.
Framed Marquees do however have some benefits they can be extended to allow maximum flexibility for floors; they can be joined by another framed marquee to allow a tunnel annexe. Because they are made of metal they are better suited to having decoration hanging from them as they are sturdier.
